Eligibility for Residency:

King's Circle Homes is designed for independent individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Independent Living: Residents must be able to live independently, manage their personal care, and participate in daily activities without requiring extensive assistance.

• Veteran, Unhoused, or Senior Citizen Status: We prioritize housing for veterans, individuals experiencing homelessness, and senior citizens.

• Income Requirements: While we offer affordable housing, applicants must demonstrate a reliable income source sufficient to cover the monthly fees. We can discuss specific requirements during the intake process.

• Background Check: A background check is conducted for all applicants to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.

• Commitment to Community: We value a respectful and cooperative living environment. Applicants should be willing to contribute positively to the King's Circle community.

The King's Circle Application Process: Step-by-Step

Our application process is designed to be personal and supportive. We want to ensure that King's Circle is the right fit for you and that you're the right fit for our community. Here's how it works:

1. Join Our Waiting List: The first step is to join our waiting list. You can do this by visiting our website, calling us, or emailing us. Providing accurate contact information is crucial so we can reach you when a room becomes available.
   
   

2. Intake Meeting and Application: When a bed/room becomes available that meets your needs, we will contact you to schedule an intake meeting. This meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know you better and for you to learn more about King's Circle Homes. During this meeting, we'll complete the application together. Be prepared to provide documentation such as proof of income and identification.
   
   

3. Application/Admin Fee: Once we determine that King's Circle is a good fit for you, we will collect the non-refundable application/admin fee. This fee covers the cost of processing your application.
   
   

4. Application Processing: We will then process your application, which includes a background check and income verification.
   
   

5. Move-in Scheduling: Upon satisfactory results from the background check and income verification, we will contact you to schedule a move-in date.
   
   

6. Move-in Day: On your move-in day, we will meet with you to collect your first month's payment, review the house rules, and provide you with a hygiene package to help you get settled in.
