What is Co-Living?

Co-living homes offer alternatives to individuals who are flexible and need a safe and comfortable home to live in. Co-living homes are popular among veterans, disabled individuals, re-entry individuals, low-income individuals, and more.

How do I apply for a room?

To apply, fill out the form on our Apply page, or email us at info@kingscirclehomes.com.

When you have paid your application/admin fee and have been approved, we will confirm your move-in date and collect your first month's rent. Move-in dates are determined upon approval.

Depending on the house available in your area, you may have access to a fully private room or a semi-private room with one other occupant.

What common areas do I have to share?

You will share essential amenities, with access to clean and well-maintained bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a shared living area.

Every individual must undergo a thorough background check and meet specific income requirements before becoming a member of our safe community.

While we recognize that each person brings their unique personality to the living space, it is essential that all residents adhere to our established house rules: mutual respect and courtesy.

What kind of people will I live with?

Some homes are dedicated to veterans, while other locations are home to unhoused individuals or senior citizens. Each individual must be able to fully complete their daily activities without assistance.

Yes, you can. At move-in, you will meet with your House Manager, who will give you a list of items you can keep in your room and give instructions on how to add a personal touch to your space.

No. We maintain a strict pet-free policy to ensure a comfortable living environment for all residents. This decision is rooted in consideration of housekeeping and to those who may have allergies or who prefer to live without the presence of pets.

How long can I stay?

Our lease terms are for month-to-month stays, but we provide you the freedom to stay with us for as long as you require (you must continue to meet our residency requirements).

At some of our homes, we offer add-on services, such as meal planning, and hair cuts from mobile barbers. We do not offer assistance with other housing or medical needs but will refer you to outside agencies.
